Homework Policy
St Mary's Primary School recongnises the value of appropriate homework. The Homework Policy aims to contribute to the home/school partnership which promotes children's learning and progress. This policy is available for reading at school.
Parents are encouraged to support learning by helping their child with any homework which will support learning.
A home/school agreement is offered to all new children and parents. This agreement is signed by teacher, pupil and parents to reinforce the importance of strong home/school links and the positive effect this can have on the learning of a child.
