FaNs:
FaNs stands for Friends and Neighbours, a movement which is passionate about making every moment count for
older people in Essex. The FaNs Club is a vital part of this movement and focuses on the benefits of bringing old
and young people together. It aims to break down stereotypes on both sides, through the shared enjoyment of learning, laughing and companionship.
We have teamed up with Mistily Manor Care Home and the children will be meeting up with their 'Grandfriends' at regular intervals, either at Mistley Manor or at the school.
